✦ SCENE 1 — ANTHONY’S LIVING ROOM — EVENING

The room is quiet. Soft evening light comes through the windows.

Anthony sits on the couch, lost in thought. His expression is serious, but there is something hopeful in his eyes.

Dnisha stands nearby, watching him carefully. She can tell that something is on his mind.

Anthony finally looks up at her.

ANTHONY
“Dnisha, I’ve been thinking about us.”

Dnisha slowly walks closer.

DNISHA
“About us? What do you mean?”

Anthony stands up and walks toward her.

ANTHONY
“I think we should stop waiting.”

A quiet moment passes between them.

ANTHONY
“For our happiness.”

Dnisha looks confused.

DNISHA
“Stop waiting for what?”

Anthony takes a deep breath. He knows what he is about to say could change everything between them.

ANTHONY
“I’m going to get a divorce from Amber. And honestly, I don’t want to spend the rest of my life wondering what could have happened between you and me.”

Dnisha’s expression changes. She never expected him to say it so directly.

DNISHA
“Anthony…”

She looks down, trying to hide the smile forming on her face.

ANTHONY
“So come on. Let’s get married.”

Dnisha looks back at him.

For a moment, she says nothing.

DNISHA
“You really mean that?”

Anthony nods.

ANTHONY
“I do.”

He gently reaches for her hand.

ANTHONY
“I want a life with you. A real life. No hiding, no waiting, no wondering what tomorrow will bring.”

Dnisha’s eyes become emotional.

She has imagined hearing those words for a long time.

DNISHA
“You have no idea how long I’ve wanted you to say that.”

Anthony smiles.

ANTHONY
“So… is that a yes?”

Dnisha laughs through her tears.

DNISHA
“Yes.”

She embraces him.

Anthony holds her tightly as both of them smile.

For the first time, their future feels real.

✦ SCENE 2 — DNISHA’S HOME — LATER THAT NIGHT

Dnisha stands in front of a mirror, looking at herself with a huge smile.

She touches her face, still trying to believe what happened.

Her phone rests on the table beside her.

She picks it up and looks at the time.

Tomorrow.

That is all the time they have decided to wait.

Dnisha takes a deep breath.

DNISHA
“Tomorrow, everything changes.”

She smiles at her reflection.

She begins preparing for the most important day of her life.

✦ SCENE 3 — MORNING — OUTSIDE THE CHURCH

The next morning arrives quickly.

The church stands beautifully beneath the morning sunlight.

White flowers decorate the entrance. Guests slowly begin arriving.

A gentle breeze moves through the trees.

Anthony steps out of the car wearing a sharp white wedding suit.

He looks nervous but excited.

He straightens his jacket and looks toward the church doors.

ANTHONY
“Today is the day.”

A few moments later, another car arrives.

Dnisha steps out wearing an elegant white wedding gown.

Her veil flows gently behind her.

Anthony sees her.

His face immediately lights up.

Dnisha sees him too.

She smiles.

For a few seconds, neither of them moves.

They simply look at each other.

Then Dnisha slowly walks toward him.

✦ SCENE 4 — CHURCH — MOMENTS LATER

The church is filled with flowers and warm golden light.

Soft music plays in the background.

Anthony and Dnisha stand facing each other at the altar.

Their hands are gently intertwined.

The minister looks at them with a smile.

MINISTER
“Anthony, are you ready to make this commitment?”

Anthony looks directly into Dnisha’s eyes.

ANTHONY
“I am.”

The minister turns toward Dnisha.

MINISTER
“And Dnisha, are you ready?”

Dnisha smiles.

DNISHA
“More than ready.”

Anthony lets out a small laugh.

Their nervousness disappears.

The minister begins the ceremony.

MINISTER
“Marriage is not simply about one perfect day. It is about choosing each other through every day that follows.”

Anthony looks at Dnisha.

She squeezes his hand.

MINISTER
“Anthony, please repeat after me.”

ANTHONY
“I choose you, Dnisha.”

Dnisha’s eyes become watery.

ANTHONY
“I promise to stand beside you, to respect you, to support you, and to build a future with you.”

Dnisha smiles through her tears.

MINISTER
“Dnisha.”

Dnisha looks at Anthony.

DNISHA
“I choose you, Anthony.”

Her voice trembles slightly.

DNISHA
“I promise to stand beside you, to love you, to support you, and to share every chapter of my life with you.”

Anthony smiles.

The minister nods.

MINISTER
“You may exchange rings.”

✦ SCENE 5 — THE RING EXCHANGE

Anthony takes the wedding ring carefully.

Dnisha extends her hand.

Anthony gently holds her finger.

He slowly slides the ring into place.

Dnisha looks down at the ring.

A huge smile appears on her face.

ANTHONY
“This is the beginning of our life together.”

Dnisha looks into his eyes.

DNISHA
“Our new beginning.”

She takes Anthony’s ring.

Her hands are slightly shaking from excitement.

She gently places the ring on his finger.

Anthony looks at it and smiles.

ANTHONY
“Now it’s official.”

Dnisha laughs softly.

DNISHA
“Finally.”

The guests begin smiling and applauding.

The church fills with happiness.

The minister raises his hands.

MINISTER
“By the commitment you have made to one another, I now pronounce you husband and wife.”

Anthony looks at Dnisha.

MINISTER
“You may kiss.”

Anthony gently leans toward her.

They share a joyful kiss as the guests applaud loudly.

Dnisha laughs happily.

Anthony takes her hand.

They turn toward their friends and family.

The room erupts in celebration.

✦ SCENE 6 — OUTSIDE THE CHURCH — AFTERNOON

Anthony and Dnisha walk out of the church together.

Flower petals fall around them.

They laugh as they walk down the steps.

Anthony looks at his new wife.

ANTHONY
“Are you happy?”

Dnisha looks at him with a bright smile.

DNISHA
“I’ve never been happier.”

Anthony pulls her closer.

ANTHONY
“Good. Because this is only the beginning.”

Dnisha rests her head against his shoulder.

DNISHA
“Then let’s make every day count.”

They continue walking together.

Behind them, the church doors slowly close.

Ahead of them is an entirely new chapter.

A chapter filled with love, hope, challenges, laughter, and dreams.

Anthony looks at Dnisha one more time.

She smiles back.

They hold hands tightly and walk toward their future together.
