SCENE 1 — A PROPOSAL THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING

A few days earlier, Amber was trying to move on from her past relationship with Anthony. When Dev entered her life with kindness, attention, and promises of a better future, she began to believe she could finally be happy again.

Dev invited her to a quiet garden decorated with candles and flowers. Then he knelt before her with a ring.

Dev slipped the ring onto her finger, and they embraced. Neither noticed a mysterious figure watching them from the garden entrance before quietly walking away.

The engagement was supposed to begin a happy chapter. Instead, it became the starting point of a dangerous secret.

SCENE 2 — ANTHONY MOVES ON

Anthony was preparing for a new chapter with Dinisha. When Amber learned about their engagement, her happiness turned into something more complicated. She insisted she had moved on, yet the news troubled her.

Dev explained that they needed time, but Amber demanded a date to prove his commitment. Finally, Dev agreed to arrange the wedding.

Amber hugged him, convinced she had secured her future. Dev returned the embrace, but his smile did not reach his eyes. He had not told her why marrying so soon frightened him.

SCENE 3 — PREPARATIONS FOR A PERFECT WEDDING

Within days, Dev arranged an elegant ceremony filled with white flowers, golden lights, and beautiful decorations. Amber wanted everything to be perfect, especially because Anthony and Dinisha had been invited.

Anthony received the invitation and became suspicious. He had recently learned something troubling about Dev and wondered whether Amber truly knew the man she was about to marry.

Anthony decided to attend the wedding. If his suspicions were correct, Amber deserved to hear the truth before saying her vows.

SCENE 4 — THE BRIDEGROOM’S FEAR

On the wedding morning, Amber arrived looking radiant. Guests praised her dress, but Dev stood nervously across the venue. His phone vibrated with a message from an unknown number.

“You cannot hide the truth forever. Today, everyone will know.”

Dev deleted the message and tried to hide his fear. Amber noticed something was wrong.

Amber asked what he meant, but Dev turned away. For the first time, she wondered whether his nervousness was about more than the wedding.

SCENE 5 — ANTHONY ARRIVES WITH A WARNING

Just before the ceremony, Anthony arrived alone. Amber was surprised to see him, but Anthony told her he had something important to deal with.

He approached Dev and demanded to speak privately.

Dev realized that whatever Anthony had discovered was no longer something he could control.

SCENE 6 — THE WHISPER THAT STOPPED THE WEDDING

The guests took their seats. Amber walked toward Dev holding her bouquet. Anthony stepped between them and warned that something was wrong.

Anthony leaned close to Dev and whispered a sentence that made the bridegroom’s face turn pale.

Anthony pulled a sealed envelope from his jacket. Dev immediately tried to stop him.

Anthony opened the envelope and removed a document. He told Amber to ask Dev why he had needed to marry her so quickly, what had happened a few days before his proposal, and who he had been with that night.

The document slipped from Anthony’s hand. Amber picked it up and read the first line. She went completely still.

Dev said nothing. Anthony revealed that someone else was involved and had been hiding the truth from both of them.

THE MYSTERIOUS GUEST

Dev suddenly looked toward the entrance. Someone had arrived, and the fear in his eyes grew worse.

The mysterious guest walked toward the wedding stage, stopped a few steps away, and looked directly at Dev.

The entire venue fell silent. Amber’s bouquet slipped from her fingers and landed on the floor. Dev stood frozen between Amber and the stranger while Anthony watched grimly.

Dev whispered a name nobody else seemed to recognize. When Amber heard it, she realized the secret threatening her wedding was far bigger than she had imagined.

Amber tightened her grip on the document and waited for Dev to deny everything. But he did not speak.
