Destiny stood in front of Hope and Faith, her eyes burning with anger. She had come looking for answers about Maria, and she wasn’t leaving without them.

Hope exchanged a nervous glance with Faith. Both sisters knew more than they were willing to admit.

Destiny stepped closer, her patience disappearing.

Without another word, Destiny took off her shoes and held them in her hands. The twins realized the situation had taken a dangerous turn.

Destiny struck at the twins with her shoes as they struggled to get away.

Neither sister changed her story. Destiny finally stopped, warned them that the matter was not over, and walked away. Shaken and furious, the twins began thinking about revenge.

Hope and Faith returned home, hoping to calm down and plan their next move. But their mother immediately began mocking them.

She continued scolding them for coming home after being beaten up by Destiny and her people.

Hope had expected comfort or understanding. Instead, she felt another painful reminder that nobody cared what they were going through.

Hope turned toward Faith.

Faith feared her sister was planning something foolish, but anger and humiliation clouded their judgment. She followed Hope outside, and neither sister looked back.

Brooke was returning with her people, exhausted and eager to rest. As she began stepping out of the car, Hope suddenly rushed toward her and kicked her in the stomach.

Everyone froze for a moment before rushing to her side. Brooke clutched her stomach, struggling to remain standing.

Hope had expected to frighten Brooke, but the seriousness of the situation quickly became clear.

Faith grabbed Hope’s arm and urged her to leave.

The sisters ran away. Brooke’s companions called for help and prepared to get her to the hospital as quickly as possible.

Destiny had barely settled down when she learned that Brooke had been attacked and was in terrible pain.

Destiny hurried to find Larry and told him what had happened.

Larry rushed to Brooke. When he reached her, he found her surrounded by frightened people.

Larry helped get Brooke into the car and drove as quickly and safely as he could to the hospital.

When Bethany learned about the attack, she hurried to the hospital and found Larry pacing near the emergency department.

Bethany tried to comfort him, but both of them kept looking toward the emergency department doors, hoping for good news.

The waiting seemed endless. Neither of them knew that the doctors were discovering something neither had expected.

After what felt like an eternity, a doctor emerged from the emergency department. Larry rushed toward him, with Bethany close behind.

The doctor explained that Brooke had been pregnant. Larry stared at him, unable to process the news.

Then came the devastating news: the examination had also confirmed that Brooke had lost the baby.

The doctor said they were still assessing her condition and could not yet determine every factor involved. He then explained that Brooke remained in critical condition and the next few hours were extremely important.

The doctor returned to the emergency department, leaving Larry and Bethany devastated by the news.

Larry sat on a nearby bench, struggling to understand how he could have known nothing about his daughter’s pregnancy.

Larry began pacing, overwhelmed by questions he could not answer.

Bethany reminded him that Brooke was still fighting and that they had to hold on to hope.

Then a nurse hurried into the corridor and said the doctor needed to speak with Larry again.
