nd ) LYNETTE RETURNS TO TAKE CARE OF LARRY — WILL BETHANY THROW HER OUT?

Larry, Bethany & Lynette — She’s Back With All Her Belongings!

LARRY, BETHANY & LYNETTE:
SHE’S BACK WITH ALL HER BELONGINGS!

ONE UNEXPECTED RETURN, THREE PEOPLE UNDER ONE ROOF, AND A SHOCKING DECISION THAT COULD CHANGE EVERYTHING!

Lynette thought she had finally moved on from Larry. Their relationship had ended, and both of them had gone their separate ways. She had packed her belongings, walked away from his life, and accepted that Larry was now married to Bethany. But sometimes, feelings do not disappear simply because a relationship comes to an end.

When Lynette discovered that Larry was seriously struggling with his health, she couldn’t ignore the news. Despite everything that had happened between them, she still cared about him. She wanted to make sure he was receiving the attention and support he needed.

However, her first visit turned into an uncomfortable confrontation with Bethany. Bethany made it clear that Lynette had no place in Larry’s home anymore. She accused her of trying to interfere in their marriage and demanded that she leave.

Lynette left that day, but she wasn’t planning to stay away forever.

What Bethany didn’t know was that Lynette had already made a much bigger decision. She wasn’t coming back for a short visit. She was preparing to bring her entire life back into Larry’s house.

And this time, she wasn’t coming alone. She had Brooke’s support.

SCENE 1 — BETHANY’S PEACEFUL MORNING IS INTERRUPTED

The following morning, Bethany was in the living room, trying to enjoy some quiet time. Larry was sitting on the sofa, looking tired and uncomfortable. His health had been troubling him, and Bethany knew that he needed rest.

Although she was concerned about Larry, she was also frustrated by everything happening around their marriage.

BETHANY:Larry, you really need to take better care of yourself. You can’t keep pushing yourself like this. Your health should be your priority.
LARRY:I know, Bethany. I’m trying, but some days are harder than others. I just need a little time to get myself together.
BETHANY:That’s exactly what I’ve been telling you. You need peace in this house. We don’t need unnecessary drama right now.

Larry looked at her without responding.

Suddenly, a loud knock came from the front door.

Bethany rolled her eyes and stood up.

BETHANY:Who could that be this early in the morning?

She walked toward the entrance and opened the door. Her expression immediately changed.

Standing outside was Lynette, surrounded by several large suitcases, shopping bags, and boxes.

Bethany stared at her in disbelief.

BETHANY:Lynette? What in the world is going on? Why are you standing outside my house with all those bags?
LYNETTE:Good morning, Bethany. I hope you’re doing well.
BETHANY:Don’t good morning me! I asked you a question. What are you doing here?

Lynette calmly looked at her belongings before looking back at Bethany.

LYNETTE:I’m moving in. I’ve brought my belongings, and I’m planning to stay here with Larry.

Bethany stepped backward, almost unable to believe what she had just heard.

BETHANY:Excuse me? Did you just say you’re moving in?
LYNETTE:Yes. I did.

SCENE 2 — LYNETTE REVEALS HER DECISION

Bethany folded her arms and stared at Lynette. She couldn’t understand how someone who had already ended her relationship with Larry could suddenly return with suitcases and expect to live in the same house.

BETHANY:Have you completely lost your mind? You cannot just show up at someone’s house and announce that you’re moving in!
LYNETTE:I’m not here to create problems. I have my reasons for coming back, and I’m not interested in arguing with you.
BETHANY:Your reasons? What reasons could you possibly have? You and Larry are no longer together. You made your decision, and now you need to respect mine.
LYNETTE:I know that Larry and I are no longer in a relationship. I’m not pretending that nothing happened between us. But I also know that he hasn’t been feeling well.
BETHANY:And what does that have to do with you?
LYNETTE:It means that someone who cares about him should be around. I don’t want him dealing with everything by himself.

Bethany laughed sarcastically.

BETHANY:He’s not by himself! He’s married to me. I’m his wife, and I’m the person who takes care of him. You need to understand that.
LYNETTE:Then why are you so worried about me being here?

Bethany’s face became serious.

BETHANY:Because you don’t belong here anymore!

Lynette remained calm.

LYNETTE:I already spoke to Brooke before coming here. She knows about my decision, and she was happy that I wanted to stay.
BETHANY:You spoke to Brooke? So you’ve been making arrangements behind my back?
LYNETTE:I called her because I wanted her to know what I was planning. She didn’t have a problem with it.
BETHANY:Well, Brooke doesn’t own this house either!

SCENE 3 — LARRY DISCOVERS LYNETTE IS BACK

The argument became louder, and Larry could hear every word from the living room. He slowly stood up and walked toward the entrance.

When he saw Lynette standing beside her luggage, he stopped.

LARRY:Lynette? What are you doing here?
LYNETTE:Larry, I came to stay with you.

Larry looked at the suitcases and then at Bethany.

LARRY:Wait a minute. Why do you have all your belongings with you?
LYNETTE:Because I’ve decided to move back. I know you’ve been having health problems, and I don’t feel comfortable knowing that you’re going through a difficult time.

Larry appeared surprised by her explanation.

LARRY:I appreciate that you’re concerned about me, but I wasn’t expecting this.
BETHANY:And neither was I! Larry, can you please tell her that she cannot stay here?
LYNETTE:I didn’t come here to fight with anyone. I just want to make sure you’re okay.
BETHANY:Stop acting like you’re doing something wonderful! You’re bringing all your belongings into a house where you are no longer welcome.
LARRY:Bethany, calm down. Let me understand what’s happening first.
BETHANY:What is there to understand? Your former wife is standing at our door with enough luggage to stay for months!
LYNETTE:I’m not asking you to like me, Bethany. But Larry’s health matters to me.

Larry rubbed his forehead. He was already dealing with health concerns, and now he was facing a situation he had never expected.

LARRY:Lynette, I need to think about this. You can’t make a decision like this without discussing it with everyone involved.
LYNETTE:I understand, Larry. But I hope you’ll remember that I came here because I care about you.

SCENE 4 — BETHANY FEELS BETRAYED

Bethany walked back into the living room, clearly upset. She couldn’t believe Lynette had returned, but what bothered her even more was that Brooke had apparently supported the decision.

BETHANY:Larry, I need you to understand something. I am not comfortable with another woman living in this house, especially someone you used to be married to.
LARRY:I understand how you feel.
BETHANY:No, I don’t think you do. First, she comes here to check on you. Then she starts making herself comfortable. Now she’s bringing all her belongings. What’s next?
LARRY:I haven’t agreed to anything yet.
BETHANY:Then make that clear to her! I don’t want this situation turning into something bigger.
LARRY:I will speak to her, but I don’t want anyone shouting in this house. I’m not feeling well, and I need some peace.
BETHANY:And what about my peace? Does anybody care about that?

Larry didn’t have an immediate answer. Bethany walked toward the kitchen, trying to control her anger.

She felt as though everyone was making decisions without considering her position as Larry’s wife.

Meanwhile, Lynette remained near the entrance, waiting to find out whether Larry would allow her to bring her belongings inside.

SCENE 5 — BROOKE SUPPORTS LYNETTE

Later that morning, Brooke arrived at the house. She had already spoken to Lynette, but she wanted to see what was happening for herself. As soon as she entered, she noticed the suitcases.

BROOKE:Oh, wow! You actually brought everything!
LYNETTE:Yes, sweetheart. I told you I was serious about coming back.

Brooke smiled and hugged her.

BROOKE:I’m happy you’re here. Dad really needs people around him right now. I’ve been worried about him.
LYNETTE:I know. That’s why I wanted to come. I don’t want him feeling like he has nobody to turn to.
BROOKE:You don’t have to explain yourself to me. I think having you around could make things easier for him.

Bethany, who had been listening nearby, immediately interrupted.

BETHANY:Of course you’re happy! Nobody seems to understand that this is my home too!

Brooke turned toward her.

BROOKE:Bethany, I’m not trying to disrespect you. I just think Dad needs support.
BETHANY:Then you can support him without bringing Lynette into this house!
BROOKE:Why are you making this such a big issue? She’s here because Dad hasn’t been feeling well.
BETHANY:Because she’s not his wife anymore! I’m the one living here with him.
LYNETTE:Brooke, please. I don’t want you getting into an argument because of me.
BROOKE:I’m not going to pretend that I don’t want you here. You came because you care about Dad, and I appreciate that.

Bethany shook her head.

BETHANY:This is unbelievable. You two have already decided everything, and apparently my opinion doesn’t matter.

SCENE 6 — LYNETTE’S BELONGINGS ENTER THE HOUSE

After several minutes of arguing, Larry finally asked everyone to calm down. He looked at Lynette’s luggage and realized that the situation couldn’t continue without a proper conversation.

LARRY:Listen, everybody. I need some peace. I don’t want this house turning into a place where everyone is fighting.
BETHANY:Then tell her to take her things and leave!
BROOKE:Dad, nobody is asking you to make a decision right this second. But at least listen to what Lynette has to say.
LYNETTE:Larry, I don’t want to put pressure on you. If you need time, I can wait. But I really do want to stay.

Larry looked at her thoughtfully.

LARRY:I appreciate what you’re saying. I know you care about me, and I don’t question that. But things are different now. Bethany and I are married, and we have to consider that.
LYNETTE:I understand. I’m not trying to take anyone’s place.
BETHANY:Then why are you here with all these bags?

Lynette took a deep breath.

LYNETTE:Because I don’t want to keep coming and going while Larry is struggling. I want to be close enough to help if he needs something.
BROOKE:Dad, maybe we should at least let her bring her things inside while we figure everything out.
BETHANY:Absolutely not! This is getting out of control!

Larry looked at Bethany and then at Brooke. Finally, he asked Lynette to bring her bags inside temporarily while they discussed the situation.

Bethany couldn’t believe what she was hearing.

BETHANY:Larry, are you serious? You’re actually allowing this?
LARRY:I’m not making a permanent decision. I just don’t want another argument right now.

Lynette slowly brought her belongings inside. Brooke helped her carry a few bags toward the guest room.

Bethany stood in the living room, watching everything unfold. To her, every suitcase entering the house felt like another step toward losing control of her own home.

SCENE 7 — A PRIVATE CONVERSATION BETWEEN BETHANY AND LARRY

Once Lynette and Brooke had gone upstairs, Bethany approached Larry. Her expression showed that she was hurt and angry.

BETHANY:I need to ask you something, and I want you to be honest with me.
LARRY:What is it?
BETHANY:Are you actually comfortable with Lynette living here? Because if you are, then I need to know whe
