The house is quiet. Sharra is standing in the living room when Brooke suddenly enters the house. Tatum is also nearby, watching the situation carefully.
SHARRA:
What are you doing here, Brooke?
BROOKE:
I came here because I needed to talk to you.
SHARRA:
Talk to me? What could you possibly have to discuss with me?
BROOKE:
Sharra, please. I don’t want to argue with you. I just want you to listen.
Sharra crosses her arms. Tatum notices the tension growing between them.

SCENE 2: SHARRA CONFRONTS TATUM

INT. SHARRA’S LIVING ROOM — CONTINUOUS
Sharra suddenly turns towards Tatum. Her expression becomes angry.
SHARRA:
Tatum! What are you doing? Why are you letting all this happen in my house?
TATUM:
Sharra, please calm down. There’s no need to get so angry.
SHARRA:
Don’t tell me to calm down! I want to know why Brooke is standing here.
TATUM:
I understand that you’re upset, but you should at least hear what Brooke has to say.
SHARRA:
I don’t want to hear anything. I’ve had enough of this situation.

SCENE 3: BROOKE TRIES TO EXPLAIN

INT. LIVING ROOM — MOMENTS LATER
Brooke moves closer to Sharra. Her voice becomes softer.
BROOKE:
Sharra, listen to me for just one minute. I didn’t come here to create problems.
SHARRA:
Then why are you here?
BROOKE:
I just wanted to talk. I thought you might understand my situation.
SHARRA:
Your situation is not my responsibility, Brooke.
BROOKE:
You don’t have to treat me like this.
SHARRA:
And you don’t have to come into my house whenever you want!

SCENE 4: SHARRA MAKES HER DECISION

INT. SHARRA’S HOUSE — CONTINUOUS
Sharra has completely lost her patience. She points towards the front door.
SHARRA:
That’s enough, Brooke! I want you to leave my house right now.
BROOKE:
Are you seriously throwing me out?
SHARRA:
Yes! You heard me correctly. I don’t want you here anymore.
TATUM:
Sharra, maybe you should give her a chance to explain.
SHARRA:
Tatum, stay out of this! I’ve already made my decision.

SCENE 5: GO BACK TO LARRY

INT. LIVING ROOM — AFTERNOON
Sharra points towards the door again and looks directly at Brooke.
SHARRA:
Why don’t you go to Larry? He is the person you should be talking to.
BROOKE:
Why are you bringing Larry into this?
SHARRA:
Because I don’t want you bringing your problems into my house. Go to Larry!
BROOKE:
I came here expecting a conversation, not an insult.
SHARRA:
And I expected you to respect my boundaries. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.

SCENE 6: BROOKE REFUSES TO ACCEPT THE HUMILIATION

INT. SHARRA’S HOUSE — MOMENTS LATER
Brooke picks up her belongings. She looks at Sharra with disappointment.
BROOKE:
You could have simply told me that you didn’t want me here. There was no reason to embarrass me like this.
SHARRA:
I have told you enough times. Now please leave.
BROOKE:
Fine. I won’t stay where I’m not wanted.
TATUM:
Brooke, I don’t want things to get worse. Please just go for now.

SCENE 7: BROOKE WALKS OUT

INT. FRONT ENTRANCE — CONTINUOUS
Brooke walks towards the front door. She stops for a moment and turns around.
BROOKE:
Sharra, remember one thing. People don’t forget how they’re treated, especially when they come to someone expecting understanding.
SHARRA:
Just go, Brooke.
Brooke opens the door and walks outside. The door closes behind her.

SCENE 8: TATUM QUESTIONS SHARRA

INT. SHARRA’S LIVING ROOM — A FEW MINUTES LATER
The house becomes quiet again. Tatum turns towards Sharra.
TATUM:
Do you really think throwing Brooke out was the right decision?
SHARRA:
Yes. I don’t want unnecessary problems in my house.
TATUM:
But she seemed like she had something important to say.
SHARRA:
That’s not my concern anymore.

SCENE 9: BROOKE MAKES A DECISION

EXT. OUTSIDE SHARRA’S HOUSE — AFTERNOON
Brooke stands outside the house. She takes out her phone and calls Larry.
LARRY:
Hello, Brooke? What’s going on?
BROOKE:
Larry, I need to talk to you.
LARRY:
What’s happened?
BROOKE:
I just had a terrible argument with Sharra. She threw me out of her house.
LARRY:
What? Why would she do that?
BROOKE:
She didn’t even give me a chance to explain anything. She just kept telling me to leave and come to you.
LARRY:
Brooke, don’t worry. We need to talk about this properly.

SCENE 10: AN UNEXPECTED TURN

INT. SHARRA’S HOUSE — LATE AFTERNOON
Sharra is sitting on the sofa. Tatum is standing near the window. Suddenly, Sharra’s phone rings.
SHARRA:
Hello?
Her expression changes.
SHARRA:
What? Brooke contacted Larry already?
TATUM:
What’s happened now?
SHARRA:
Apparently, Brooke has called Larry and told him everything.
TATUM:
You should be prepared. Larry might come here to ask you what happened.
SHARRA:
Let him come. I’ll tell him exactly what I told Brooke.
The camera slowly moves towards the front door. A sudden knock interrupts the silence. Sharra and Tatum look at each other.
SHARRA:
Who is it now?
Another knock comes from the door. Sharra walks towards the entrance and reaches for the handle.
