1. A Familiar Face

Earlier that day, Destiny had already crossed paths with a female college teacher during break time. The meeting had seemed unusual from the beginning because the teacher had carefully questioned both Destiny and the boy who was with her.

The teacher asked Destiny to introduce herself and wanted to understand why she was spending time with him. Destiny answered honestly, explaining who she was and why she knew the boy.

The teacher then gave Destiny a serious warning. She explained that the college had concerns about the boy and information suggesting that he could be involved in illegal activities. Destiny was told to keep her distance and avoid getting caught up in anything connected to him.

2. Destiny Didn’t Expect To See Him Again

Destiny remembered the teacher’s warning, but she never imagined that she would encounter the same boy again so soon. Later, outside the college, she suddenly recognized him nearby.

Their meeting appeared completely ordinary at first. Destiny stood near the college entrance while the boy spoke with her. There was nothing about the scene that immediately revealed what was happening elsewhere.

Destiny had no idea that police officers were already searching for the boy. She also did not know that several complaints had allegedly been connected to him, making his presence far more serious than she realized.

3. Something Was Coming

The boy suddenly looked over Destiny’s shoulder. His expression changed almost instantly. The relaxed attitude he had moments earlier disappeared, replaced by nervousness and fear.

Destiny noticed the sudden change but could not understand it. She turned slightly as though trying to see what had caught his attention.

Several police officers were approaching from behind. Their presence had not yet registered with Destiny, but the boy recognized the danger immediately.

For a few seconds, he remained frozen. Then everything happened at once.

4. He Suddenly Ran

Without properly explaining anything to Destiny, the boy turned and ran. Destiny stood there in complete confusion, watching him disappear farther down the street.

She could not understand why he had suddenly abandoned the conversation. One moment he had been standing beside her, and the next he was running as fast as he could.

Destiny’s confusion quickly turned into fear when she realized that the police officers were no longer focused only on the fleeing boy.

5. The Officers Turned Toward Destiny

The officers immediately moved toward Destiny because they had seen her standing with the boy. From their perspective, she might have information about where he had gone or might have some connection to him.

Destiny tried to explain that she did not understand what was happening. She looked toward the direction where the boy had escaped and then back toward the approaching officers.

Her face showed pure disbelief. She had already been warned by her teacher to stay away from the boy, but she never imagined that simply being seen with him could suddenly place her in such a frightening situation.

6. Destiny Is Detained

One officer instructed Destiny to remain where she was. Another officer watched the direction in which the boy had escaped.

Destiny became increasingly distressed as the officers surrounded her. In the confusion, one or two officers placed her in handcuffs while continuing to ask questions about the boy.

Tears began running down Destiny’s cheeks. She looked at the officers with wide, frightened eyes, struggling to understand how a normal college day had suddenly turned into an encounter with police.

7. The Boy Was Still Running

In the distance, the boy could still be seen running away from the college area. His figure became smaller as he moved farther from the officers.

One officer continued watching the direction of his escape, while the others remained focused on Destiny.

Destiny kept looking toward the boy as if hoping someone would realize that she was not part of whatever had caused him to run.

But the situation had already become complicated. The officers needed answers, and Destiny was now the person standing directly in front of them.

8. Tears And Questions

Destiny’s emotions became impossible to hide. Tears covered her cheeks while she repeatedly looked from one officer to another.

She appeared terrified and deeply upset, not because she understood what was happening, but because she did not understand it at all.

The teacher’s earlier warning suddenly came back to her. She remembered being told that the college had concerns about this boy and that she should stay away.

Now, standing in handcuffs, Destiny began wondering whether ignoring that warning had brought her into a situation she never intended to enter.

9. What Did Destiny Know?

The officers continued trying to determine what connection, if any, Destiny had to the boy. Their suspicion did not automatically establish that Destiny had committed any wrongdoing, but her presence with him made her an important person to question.

Destiny’s mind raced as she tried to remember everything that had happened. She knew the boy, but she had not expected him to run. She had not known that police were searching for him, and she had not understood why they suddenly surrounded her.

Her greatest fear was that nobody would believe her explanation.

10. The Question Nobody Could Answer Yet

Destiny stood outside the college, still in handcuffs, staring toward the road where the boy had disappeared. Her face was filled with disbelief, sadness, and fear.

She kept wondering why one unexpected meeting had changed everything so quickly. The teacher had warned her earlier, but Destiny had never imagined that she would end up being detained because of the same boy.

Meanwhile, the officers still had to locate the boy and determine what exactly had happened before they encountered Destiny.

Destiny could only hope that the truth would become clear soon. But as the police moved her away from the college entrance, one question remained hanging in the air: What was the boy running from — and why had Destiny been standing beside him?
