The hospital emergency doors suddenly swing open. Purnell rushes inside, looking terrified.

Jade is brought in on a hospital stretcher. Her face is pale, and she is struggling with severe pain.

“Please! Somebody help me! I can’t take this pain anymore!”

“Jade, please calm down. We’re at the hospital now. The doctors will help you.”

The doctor steps outside holding a medical report. His expression is serious.

“Before I answer that, I need you to tell me exactly what happened last night.”

“Doctor, I took some timing pills. I thought they would be harmless.”

“Are you serious? You took medication without knowing its effects? That’s extremely irresponsible!”

Jade lies on the hospital bed with an oxygen mask. A nurse checks her vital signs.

“Doctor, am I seriously ill? Why am I feeling so weak?”

“We’re monitoring your condition. Your test results will help us understand what’s happening.”

Purnell approaches the doctor, desperately waiting for answers.

“Imagine how Jade feels right now! She’s the one lying in that hospital bed suffering!”

“I know I made a mistake. I accept that. Please help her.”

Purnell slowly approaches Jade’s bed. She turns her face away from him.

“You’re sorry now? Where was your concern when I told you something wasn’t right?”

“I’m sorry, Jade. I never wanted to hurt you.”

The doctor returns with another medical report. His expression suddenly becomes serious.

“I have some concerns that need further investigation.”

“Doctor, is there something dangerous in the report?”

“Did you take all the pills yourself, or did someone give Jade something too?”

Purnell suddenly freezes. Jade looks at him with frightened eyes.

“Purnell… what aren’t you telling us?”

“The person who gave me those pills sent me a message this morning.”

“Show me that message immediately!”

The doctor reads the message. His expression changes instantly.

“This is much more serious than I thought.”

Jade’s eyes widen. Purnell stands frozen, unable to speak.
