🔥 The Unexpected Visit
The atmosphere at Wayne’s place was calm until Amber suddenly arrived.
She walked through the door with a serious expression, clearly carrying
a lot of frustration. Wayne immediately noticed that something was wrong. 😳
💬 The Question
Wayne:
“Amber? What’s going on? You look upset.”
Amber:
“Wayne, I need to ask you something. And I want you to give me the truth.”
Wayne:
“Okay. What happened?”
Amber:
“Why did you get Dave an assistant?”
💥 Amber Gets Angry
Amber:
“That’s exactly what this is about. You went and found an assistant
for Dave without even thinking about how that would look.” 😤
Wayne:
“Amber, I was just trying to help Dave. He has a lot going on,
and I thought having somebody around to help him would make things easier.”
Amber:
“You could have talked to me first.”
Wayne:
“I didn’t think it was that serious.”
That answer only made Amber more frustrated.
The tension between them continued to rise. 🔥
😳 Anthony Gets Mentioned
Wayne:
“Dave knows about the situation.”
Amber:
“What situation?”
Wayne:
“Dave knows what happened with Anthony.
He knows that you cut Anthony off.”
😳 THE ROOM GOES QUIET!
Amber was shocked that Wayne had brought Anthony into the conversation.

Amber:
“Why would you bring Anthony into this?”
Wayne:
“Because you’re acting like Dave doesn’t know anything.
He knows what happened.”
Amber:
“That is not your story to tell, Wayne!”

Wayne:
“Amber, calm down. We can talk about this without arguing.”
Amber:
“I’m not the one who started this!”
Wayne:
“I’m trying to explain myself.”
Amber:
“No, you’re trying to make me look like the problem!”
The tension between them continued to rise. 🔥
Wayne took a step back and tried to lower his voice.
Wayne:
“Nobody is trying to make you look bad. I helped Dave because
I thought he needed somebody dependable.”
Amber:
“Then you should have told me! You always make decisions
and expect everybody else to just accept them.”

Wayne:
“And you always assume the worst before hearing the whole story!”
Amber:
“Because you keep giving me reasons to question things!”
Wayne:
“Amber, I’m not against you.”
Amber:
“Then stop treating me like I’m the enemy.”
The argument became emotional, but Wayne decided not to let his anger
take control.
🕊️ Wayne Tries to Calm Things Down
Wayne:
“Look, I’m angry right now, and you’re angry too.
We need to step away before we say something we’ll regret.”
Amber:
“I just don’t understand why you thought getting Dave
an assistant was your responsibility.”
Wayne:
“Because Dave is my friend. I wanted to help him. That’s all.”
Amber:
“And you’re sure there’s nothing else behind it?”
Wayne:
“Nothing else.”
👀 What Happens Next?
For a moment, neither of them spoke. The tension was still there,
but the shouting had finally stopped. 😔
Amber grabbed her bag and decided she needed some time.
What started as a simple question about Dave’s new assistant
had turned into a major confrontation involving
Anthony, trust, and old frustrations. 💥
