Bethany sat quietly on the comfortable sofa, facing her father, Newburger. Her hands were tightly clasped together, and her eyes were already filled with tears. Bethany believed Larry could start a company focused on helping elderly people with everyday needs. The business could provide transportation to hospitals, assistance with appointments, essential errands, and other services that older people often struggle to arrange themselves.

But according to Bethany, Larry did not see the idea the same way she did. She said she tried to explain the opportunity to him, hoping he would at least consider taking the first steps.
