Mj ) Larry Kicks Bethany Out After the Sharra Argument!

Bethany and Larry – The Accusation That Destroyed Everything

THE ACCUSATION THAT DESTROYED EVERYTHING

HOOK — ONE QUESTION THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING

The car was supposed to be a place where Bethany and Larry could finally talk things out. Instead, it became the place where their relationship began to fall apart.

Bethany had one question on her mind, and no matter how many times Larry denied it, she refused to let it go.

Did Larry sleep with Sharra in Puerto Rico?

Larry insisted that nothing had happened, but Bethany’s doubts were stronger than his explanations. Every answer led to another accusation, every denial created another argument, and every passing minute pushed them closer to a breaking point neither of them could take back.

By the time Larry finally lost his temper, the woman sitting beside him was no longer the person he thought he knew.

And the words he was about to say would leave Bethany wondering whether their relationship had ever meant anything at all.

SCENE 1: INSIDE LARRY’S CAR — AFTERNOON

The afternoon sun shone through the windshield as Larry drove along the road. Bethany sat in the passenger seat, staring out the window with a troubled expression.

She had been quiet for several minutes, but the silence was not peaceful. Her mind kept returning to the same disturbing thought.

Finally, she turned toward Larry.

BETHANY

Larry, I need you to tell me the truth about something.

LARRY

Keeping his eyes on the road.

What is it, Bethany? What’s wrong now?

BETHANY

Don’t ask me what’s wrong. You already know what’s wrong.

LARRY

No, I don’t. If you have something to say, just say it.

Bethany took a deep breath. She had been holding her feelings inside, hoping that Larry would eventually explain everything without her having to ask again.

But she could not wait any longer.

BETHANY

Did you sleep with Sharra when you were in Puerto Rico?

Larry’s expression changed immediately.

He tightened his grip on the steering wheel and let out a frustrated sigh.

LARRY

Bethany, we have already talked about this. Nothing happened between me and Sharra.

BETHANY

Then why do you keep getting upset every time I ask you?

LARRY

Because you keep asking me the same question! I have answered you over and over again, and you still don’t believe me.

Bethany shook her head.

She wanted to believe him. A part of her desperately wanted his answer to be the truth. But the uncertainty had already taken root in her mind.

BETHANY

Maybe I keep asking because you haven’t given me an answer that makes sense.

Larry looked at her again, his patience beginning to disappear.

LARRY

What kind of answer do you want, Bethany? Do you want me to tell you something that never happened just so you can feel like you were right?

Bethany looked away.

For a moment, neither of them spoke.

But the question remained between them, heavier than anything either of them could say.

SCENE 2: THE SAME QUESTION, OVER AND OVER

Larry continued driving, hoping the conversation would finally end.

Bethany, however, was nowhere near finished.

She turned toward him again, studying his face as if she could discover the truth by watching his reactions.

BETHANY

I just need to know why you and Sharra were acting the way you were acting.

LARRY

What are you talking about?

BETHANY

You know exactly what I’m talking about. The way you two were around each other made me uncomfortable. And now you expect me to pretend that everything is fine?

Larry shook his head in disbelief.

LARRY

So because you felt uncomfortable, that automatically means I slept with her?

BETHANY

That’s not what I said.

LARRY

Then what are you saying? Because every time we talk about Puerto Rico, you accuse me of cheating.

Bethany’s eyes filled with frustration.

BETHANY

I’m saying that something doesn’t feel right, Larry. You can keep denying it, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to stop having questions.

Larry exhaled sharply.

LARRY

And I’m telling you that nothing happened!

His voice was louder now.

Bethany flinched slightly at his sudden change in tone, but she refused to back down.

BETHANY

You don’t have to yell at me. I’m asking you a simple question.

LARRY

And I’m giving you a simple answer!

BETHANY

Then why can’t you understand why I don’t believe you?

Larry shook his head and looked straight ahead.

He felt as though he was trapped in a conversation that had no ending. No matter what he said, Bethany seemed determined to return to the same accusation.

But Bethany saw the situation differently.

To her, Larry’s growing anger was not a solution. It only made her feel as though he was refusing to understand how deeply the situation had affected her.

She wanted reassurance.

He wanted to be believed.

Neither of them knew how to give the other what they needed.

SCENE 3: LARRY REACHES HIS LIMIT

Larry finally turned into the driveway and brought the car to a stop.

The engine continued running for a moment before he switched it off.

He sat silently, staring through the windshield.

Bethany waited for him to speak, but when he finally turned toward her, the anger on his face made her heart sink.

LARRY

Bethany, I’m going to say this one more time. I did not sleep with Sharra in Puerto Rico.

BETHANY

And I’m telling you that I still don’t believe you.

Larry stared at her.

For several seconds, he seemed unable to understand what she had just said.

LARRY

You don’t believe me?

BETHANY

No, Larry. I don’t.

He laughed bitterly, but there was no humor in it.

LARRY

So what exactly are we doing here? Why are we even having this conversation if you’ve already decided that I’m guilty?

BETHANY

Because I thought you might finally tell me the truth!

LARRY

I HAVE BEEN TELLING YOU THE TRUTH!

His voice echoed through the car.

Bethany fell silent for a moment.

Larry rubbed his forehead, trying to control his frustration. He had hoped that bringing Bethany home would give them an opportunity to calm down.

Instead, the argument had followed them all the way to his driveway.

LARRY

You know what hurts the most? It’s not even the fact that you keep asking me. It’s that you look at me like I’m some kind of liar every single time I open my mouth.

BETHANY

Then give me a reason to trust you!

LARRY

I HAVE!

Bethany turned toward the window, shaking her head.

BETHANY

No, you haven’t.

Something inside Larry finally snapped.

He opened his door and stepped out of the car.

Bethany watched him through the windshield, confused by his sudden movement.

A few seconds later, Larry opened her door.

LARRY

Get out.

Bethany looked up at him.

BETHANY

What?

LARRY

I said get out of my car.

She stared at him, shocked by the seriousness in his voice.

BETHANY

Larry, are you serious right now?

LARRY

Yes, I’m serious. I’m done having this conversation.

Bethany slowly unfastened her seat belt and stepped out of the vehicle.

She expected Larry to calm down once they were standing outside, but the look on his face told her otherwise.

He closed the car door and pointed toward the house.

LARRY

Come on. Let’s go inside.

For one brief moment, Bethany thought he might be willing to talk things through.

She followed him toward the entrance, unaware that Larry had already reached a decision.

SCENE 4: INSIDE LARRY’S HOUSE — THE FINAL BREAKING POINT

The moment they entered the house, Larry turned around.

Bethany stood near th
